la cosa migliore a casa è mettere una pirofila in congelatore e versarci poi la crema appena tolta dal fuoco, sempre mescolando.
Una volta fatta raffreddare un po, devi metterla in frigo e congelatore (sarebbe ancora meglio).
Ovviamente, ti porterà su qualche grado la temperatura del frigo/congelatore, ma il frigorifero non si rompe; entrerà in funzione piuttosto.
Fa solo attenzione nel caso tu abbia cibi delicati o molto aromatici già in frigo!
